UPDATE:Austin contacted me and quickly and kindly addressed my concerns. A different painter came over to fix the painting issues. The other issues were taken care of as week. Austin showed me that they are willing to make sure that things are done correctly in the end. We both may have dropped the ball by not getting a final walkthrough. In the end my project is just what I wanted, although a bit frustrating, which happens in life.

I don’t know how they have so many good reviews. The person who put in our floor was great. The rest of our experience left LOT to be desired. The painters did a terrible job and did not paint all they were supposed to paint. Tried to get cash out of us to do a “premium” job. Did not use painters tape, primer or tarps. They dripped paint everywhere. My counters, kitchen table, staircase, new floor. Paint color not quite right. Left bags of garbage in the house which we didn’t know till a visitor’s dog got into it and dragged all over. Cleaned brushes in kitchen sink which I then had to scrub. There was damage to our kitchen countertop.
Our doors still don’t have handles. Paint is peeling and chipping within a week. (We have no kids and no pet at the time)
Cuts around light are terrible.
Communication was horrid. Never knew if someone was showing up. Would go days without hearing anything. One time nearly a week.
Damaged our new siding when putting in slider. Didn’t cut vent correctly and cannot put in vent cover cuz hole is too small and got paint all over the old one. So now we either live with this crap, go to court or pay someone else to fix this shoddy workmanship. They do not return my husband’s calls.
